SEPT. 18 - CREATING YOUR OWN ALTAR OR SACRED SPACE with Roxie
DETAILS: SATURDAY - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (Registration deadline Sept. 15)

So, you've decided to embark upon a path, and you're trying to figure out what to do next. You would like an
altar or sacred area, but you aren't quite sure how to go about it. This informative class will cover: What to
include? Where to put it? How to set it up? With all the possibilities, how do you go about choosing what is
right for you? Also, how to make adjustments throughout the year to move through the changing seasons.
Setting up miniature and travel altars will be also covered. An informative workshop for the beginner and a
refresher with some new ideas for the well-traveled. We will also create some basic altar tools during this
workshop.

SEPT. 18 - HENNA BLESSINGS with Roxie (Hand and Body Artwork)
DETAILS: SATURDAY - 1:30 - 5 p.m. (Walk-ins welcome.)
COST: $25
Inspirational Henna (Mehndi) blessings by Roxie. With the healing plant Henna, have symbols placed on your
hands (or body) to remind you where you are going and what is needed along your journey. Part of the process
will include a brief conversation with the client to determine what type on inspiration they are looking for.
Looking for strength, wisdom, healing, vision - there is a blessing for each. The designs from traditional floral
to contemporary tribal, are done all by hand without the use of stencils. $25 for 20 minutes.

SEPT. 25 - MONEY MAGICK! with Valerie
DETAILS: SATURDAY - 3 - 4 p.m. (Walk-ins welcome.)
COST: $20/pp
Turn up the power on material wealth and abundance! This fascinating class will give you the information and
skills you need to turn your wishes into wealth, your dreams into dollars. Money Magick is real and it works.

OCT. 2 - REIKI II CERTIFICATION with Peg
DETAILS: SATURDAY - 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Registration deadline Sept. 25)
COST: $165/pp
This workshop covers Reiki I and II principles, meditation and visualization exercises, attunements provided
and symbols given to student. Beaming and absent healing, working with energy, hands on practice and more.
Certificates will be issued at the end of class. Please bring your own bagged lunch and/or snacks and drinks.

OCT. 9 - INTRODUCTION TO WICCA with Mary
DETAILS: SATURDAY - 10 - 12:30 p.m. (Registration deadline Oct. 7)
COST: $35 for student; $25 for parent of student who is attending
This class is open to men and women who are curious about 'Wicca' -- What is it? How do you
incorporate it into your own life? Is Wicca for you? Students age 14 and up are welcome to
attend with a parent or guardian. This class is geared towards the solitary practitioner and taught by Mary,
proprietress of Crescent Moon Herbals. We will discuss the history of Wicca, etiquette, ceremony and tools,
Wiccan holidays and more. I have been practicing for over 9 years and wish to share all that I have learned
with newcomers interested in this wonderful spiritual path. This 2+ hour class will include handouts.

OCT. 13 - SAMHAIN WORKSHOP (aka Halloween, All Souls Eve) with Roxie
DETAILS: WEDNESDAY - 6 - 8 p.m. (Registration deadline Oct. 9)
COST: $20/pp (with a $5 supplies fee)
Now comes the holiday Witches await all year... All Hallows Eve! Known to Witches by its earlier Gaelic name,
Samhain is a high holiday filled with magick, mystery, poignant beauty and mystical power. We begin our
journey as we pass through the veil into the lore, magick and history of this ancient celebration. We will
discuss the legends and lore of Samhain. This is the time to let go of unhelpful or destructive states of mind in
order to clear space in our lives to be ready to accept new growth. We will create several craft and altar
pieces to honor Samhain and those who came before us.

OCT. 17 - WITCHES LUNCHEON AND WORKSHOP with Roxie
DETAILS: SUNDAY - 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Registration deadline Oct. 13)
COST: $20/pp for the presentation (with a pot luck meal/snack provided
by each participant)
Mary and Roxie will provide all paper products and utensils, apple cider and coffee. Come all ye Witches (and
non-witches) to hear an afternoon of true, historic tales of New England witches. In this presentation learn
that not all witches in Colonial times came from Salem, Massachusetts. Learn about the symbolism and history
of many of the witch's tools and we'll chronicle how the perception of New England witches has changed over
the years. The room will be decorated for the season and we ask that everyone bring a food item to share.
Don't forget...Witchy garb, black hats and brooms are most welcome (but not required). It's a time for
fellowship and fun!!! Roxie will have books available and will provide a free book signing, as will Mary with
"Out of the Broom Closet"!

OCT. 23 - YOUR ANCESTORS: A Spiritual Meet and Greet with Valerie

Halloween, also known from early days as Samhain, is the time when the veil between the worlds thins and we
can reach out to our Ancestors. Our Ancestors, or spirit guides, are wise and loving, and share messages of
wisdom and hope. This class, designed especially for this season of the year, will enable you to lift the veil,
allowing you to reach out to, and be reached by, your Ancestors.

NOV. 27 - CANDLE MAGICK with Valerie

Candle Magick is a simple and light-hearted method for bringing about positive change in your life. Anyone
can learn to enjoy Candle Magick. All it takes is a hope, a wish, or a prayer; a candle; and you! Please join
Valerie in this fun, informative and highly practical workshop. Valerie will guide you through the steps of
successful Candle Magick, demonstrating the easy techniques and providing plenty of information for all.
This class is for everyone who has ever wished upon a star or dreamed a sweet dream.
